Low fat Cheese Omelette

For a simple yet fully delicious breakfast (or why not lunch or diner) loaded with protein, balanced fat and fiber, nothing like using the versatile egg, loved by many specially for those trying to control calories intake or equally true for the rest of us that simply like eggs, in its many delicious cooking ways.

This recipe is quick and easy to prepare, a low fat cheese omelette for a busy morning or at any time that is more convenient for you.


Ingredients:

3 eggs

1oz. Parmesan cheese or any cheese you like

1/8tsp. Salt or to your taste

1 cup stir fried vegetables

5 Sec oil spray

1 slice of bread


Directions:

- Crack eggs into a mixing bowl, add salt to your taste, and start whisking until well mixed




- Place skillet over medium-high heat and pump your Nanche kitchen Oil sprayer about 5-7 times to pressurized air into the sprayer, spray for a few seconds over skillet and add beaten eggs.



- Lower heat to minimum and let it cook for about 3 minutes, once the omelette is set add shaved cheese to it and fold.



- Wait one more minute until cheese melts and serve immediately



- Add stir fry vegetables to your plate and complement it with a slice of toast
